For integrated ERP users, there are a number of additional SOV columns that can be displayed to augment user experience, depending on the ERP.For instance, integrated Vista users can display a Phase column to see which job phase is associated with each line item. Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, and CMiC integrated users can display the Cost Code column to easily see which cost buckets apply to each line with a cost code assigned. These display options are available among the Integration Options in the project and company-level settings in GCPay. Over the years we’ve learned that these columns, if configured in supported ERPs, can provide useful context to GCs and subs when billing on the site.
Customize Change Order Processes to Meet Your Needs
GCPay allows general contractors to manage change orders in two different ways. An unconstrained change order acts like a traditional CO that would be submitted and proceeds through the approval process predetermined by the user. This standard change order submission method is often preferred by users within GCPay.
A constrained change order is issued by the general contractor with a set value that requires the subcontractor to breakout each line, as well as the specified amounts. This CO will need to be detailed by a subcontractor and then approved by the GC before it can be billed against. To review the steps to enable “constrained change orders” on a project, click the button below.
From observing your amazing feedback, we know that our clients find significant value in GCPay and the time-savings, simplicity, accuracy of accounting, and faster payment time it brings to your business’s subcontractor pay app process. We hear it from you through your conversations with our support and account management
teams and read it in the praise you shower upon us on software review sites and client surveys. We are so grateful for your kind words which are key to driving prospective clients to check out what GCPay has to offer.
Now, we’d like to reward your advocacy with a token of appreciation for referring your industry contacts as potential new clients. I’d like to introduce you to our brand new GCPay Client Referral Program. Through this program, exclusively for current GCPay clients, you can be an advocate for GCPay by submitting an industry contact that you think could benefit from using GCPay and earn up to $550 in Visa gift cards in the process! Even better, the referred company also has a chance to earn a reward!
The process is simple. Fill out the referral form with your information and contact information for the person you are referring. We’ll take it from there and reach out to them to start a conversation. When a GCPay Discovery Call is scheduled and completed, you and your referral will each earn a $50 Visa gift card. Then, when your referral becomes a GCPay client, you will receive a $500 Visa gift card in appreciation of your efforts as soon as they complete their onboarding process. It’s a win-win for you, your referral and for GCPay!
