Leverage GCPay Reports to Better Manage Your Subcontractors

 GCPay offers many standard reports that are easily accessible for all users under the “REPORTS” tab from the home screen. 

Accounting Reports include all ePayment activity, accounts receivable detail, accounts payable detail, and any “unmapped” commitments just to ensure all pay app submissions are appropriately aligned with each project. These reports provide accounting teams with the necessary ledger data that GCPay collects so financial records can be up-to-date and accurate. They can be customized and pulled by timeframe. Most reports can be exported into either a PDF or Excel formatted document. See below for an example of the Accounts Payable report:

Activity Reports were created by GCPay for users to get a quick look at all pending approvals so nothing gets delayed and all pay app processes can move along quickly.  See below for an example of the Approval Metrics report:

Other Reports are designed for users to audit who has access to GCPay and the contact info for each job, as well as provide a total summary of all jobs (both open and closed). These reports can not only help each user perform their job better but also allow owners to view necessary information that they require on projects. These reports can be customized and pulled by timeframe. Most reports can be exported into either a PDF or Excel formatted document. See below for an example of the Projects Summary report:

To get specific reports on specific items such as SOV or Pay Apps, GCPay has a library of reports available for those as well. These include tier vendors, outstanding items, retainage, change orders, and more.
