Unexported Applications for Payment Report – Expanded Visibility for Accounting Teams
We’ve enhanced the Unexported Applications for Payment Report to offer a more complete picture of Applications for Payment (AFPs) that haven’t yet been exported from GCPay. This update gives accounting teams greater visibility and control, helping ensure data stays in sync between GCPay and your ERP system.
Previously, this report only captured AFPs in an Approved status—meaning AFPs in earlier stages of the workflow could go unnoticed in the export process. With this enhancement, the report now includes AFPs in a broader range of statuses: Not Submitted, Submitted, Pending, Rejected, and Approved.
By surfacing AFPs at every stage, this update helps accounting teams:
Identify AFPs that may be stalled or awaiting action
Proactively follow up with project or approval teams
Ensure all AFPs are accounted for before month-end or closeout processes
This expanded visibility minimizes the risk of missed exports and supports cleaner, more accurate financial records—keeping your payment workflows running smoothly from start to finish.
