What’s a Backup User?
This feature allows Admins and User Admins to designate a backup for any user on their team. When a backup is assigned, they temporarily take on the same permissions and access as the original user—no need to share login credentials or chase down approvals. How to Set Up a Backup User
Only Admins and User Admins can assign backups:
- Click Settings at the top right of your screen.
- Select Users from the left-hand menu.
- Right-click on the user’s name to assign a backup. Backup Users can be added or removed at any time.
