Company and project settings throughout the site received sweeping changes to their verbiage, punctuation, and formatting. Our aim was to use simpler language, streamline acronyms, and be stylistically consistent. Timing triggers and general options for Waiver/Templates were also included in the overhaul. Despite changes to the copy, what each setting does—the action it performs—remains the same as before. We encourage you to look over the updates to familiarize yourself with the changes and share your feedback with your Account Manager!
Save time and improve document management with GCPay digital signature
Simplifying the creation and collection of documents such as lien waivers, affidavits, and sworn statements with subcontractors is one of the most popular reasons customers use GCPay. GCPay allows general contractors to create, send, and receive these important documents easier than ever by allowing subcontractors to digitally sign right in the GCPay software.
Subcontractors can digitally sign a lien waiver or have it notarized using GCPay, which makes their lives easier and provides GCs with these vital documents, officially signed or notarized, much quicker. To make the process even more convenient, GCPay allows digital signature for documents in three different ways: the Overview screen, Lien Waivers tab, and from the main Dashboard screen.
